Goa – Traveler’s Paradise

Located on the western coastline of India, the Hotels in Goa well known for there exceptional charm and attraction throughout the world. Hotels in Goa were at one time famous for being the preferred hangouts of the hippies. Even after them, the charm of the Hotels in this mind blowing beach city leaves the tourists asking for more. Hotels are split into two districts, North Goa Hotels with the capital city of Panaji and South Hotels with destinations such as Vasco da Gama and Margao. The cities are sprinkled with colonial structures, jolly people, amazing ambience, energetic music, colorful festivals and pristine beaches. Theses attractions are equally distributed in all types of travelpackages offered.

If one wants to travel to Goa, there are umpteen destinations to see. Immaculate sun kissed beaches, clear skies, amazingly pleasant weather, rippling waves of the Arabian Sea, plethora of adventure sports, verdant greens, and excellent accommodation options, all of these together make Goa truly a traveler’s paradise.

How to Reach Goa

By Air
Dabolim is the key entry point. It is located at a distance of around 29 km from Panaji on the coast near Vasco da Gama. Most local airlines carry out their operations from here Apart from chartered private airlines operating from UK and Germany, Indian Airlines also has direct flights from the capital city, Delhi and Mumbai daily. Air India also has flights to and from Goa.

By Rail
It is not hard to get by trains, more than ever after opening of the Konakan Railway that connects Margao and Vasco da Gama to major cities in India. One can take trains from Delhi which is approximately 1,874 km from Goa, Mumbai (approximately 490km), and Bangalore (approximately 430 km) to reach Goa comfortably. From the railway stations, one can hire a taxi or a motorcycle taxis to reach the preferred destinations.

By Road
Goa, Maharashtra, and Karnataka state transport corporations carry out buses from the Kadamba bus stand at Panaji. Frank Shipping has a boat service between Mumbai and Panaji.
