Rajasthan – A Destination Where Uniqueness Has Become its Affair

Rajasthan a land of sand, dunes and inescapable exertion also is a treasure trove of monuments, palaces and sightseeing that is rated as one of the best in the world. It is this quintessential feature of Rajasthan that has made this princely state one of the most sort after destinations in India. Being one of the prime tourist destinations, this state of Rajasthan is endowed with some of the best gifts of nature – the desert itself being one of them. It is also this desert that has given man the ability to adapt skills that enables them to survive in extremes of climates and to make forts that are now world class mansions and citadels.

With over five thousand years of history, Rajasthan has evolved as a unique blend of culture, art and chivalry that still remains unrivalled and one can derive immense pleasure on exploring the vast stretches of this desert country. It is this extravaganza that is a boost for tourism in this region. Places like the Lake Palace of Udaipur and Umaid Bhawan are icons in themselves and they offer as great heritage retreats for people coming to Rajasthan. The Amber Fort of Jaipur and the Chittaurgarh Fort are also great milestones for their splendid structure and landmark formations. Besides, the City Palaces of Jaipur and Udaipur are also great to visit.
